Short version: we don’t track you, and we don’t sell your information.

What this policy covers

This policy describes how Play 4 More handles information when you visit play4more.org, email us, request a grant, or give.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

  • Your name, email address, and the contents of your email.
  • Information you include in a grant request, such as your school, role, and program details.
  • Donation information you provide when arranging a gift. Online payment processing, when it launches, will be handled by a payment provider; we won’t store card numbers on this site.
  • Standard technical information processed by our hosting provider when a page is requested, such as an IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.

Cookies and analytics

We do not set cookies for analytics or advertising, and we don’t run third-party analytics or build a profile of you. Our hosting provider may set a security cookie or process standard request logs to keep the site online and secure.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • Reply to your email
  • Review and administer grant requests
  • Process and acknowledge gifts
  • Keep required financial and tax records
  • Improve the site and its content

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Sharing

We share information only when necessary to run the organization — for example, with a payment processor or our email provider — or when required by law. We don’t share donor information for anyone else’s marketing.

Retention

We keep emails and grant records as long as needed for the purpose they were collected and to meet legal and financial recordkeeping requirements. You can ask us to delete information that we aren’t required to keep.

Children

This site is intended for adults and organizations. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If a child sends us information, a parent or guardian can ask us to delete it.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process standard request logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Fonts are served from this site; we don’t load third-party font or analytics scripts.

Your choices

You can email hello@play4more.org to ask what information we have about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the bottom of the page. Material changes will be noted on the site.
